Use of personal data
When using our webshop, we obtain specific information from you. That may include personal data. We only keep and use the personal data provided by you directly, within the framework of the service you request, or for which it is clear that they are provided to us to be processed.

In certain sections of our webshop you must first register. After registration, we save the personal data you have provided via the user name you have chosen. We keep this information so that you don’t have to enter it every time and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement.
We will not pass on the data linked to your user name to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the implementation of the agreement that you conclude with us or if this is legally required. We offer a newsletter with which we’d like to inform interested parties about our products and / or services. Each newsletter contains a link which you can use to unsubscribe. Your e-mail address is automatically added to the list of subscribers.
Provision to third parties
We can pass on your details to our partners. These partners are involved in the implementation of the agreement. These partners may also be based outside the EU. We have strict agreements with them to comply with European privacy rules. We therefore request your express consent separately before they receive your information.Social media buttons are included in our web store. The administrators of these services collect your personal data.
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our web store. We have signed a processor agreement with Google to make agreements about the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services, and finally we anonymise the IP addresses.
We take security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorized access to personal data.
The personal data described above are retained for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. We then store data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described. The data will then be erased unless there is a statutory obligation that requires longer storage (such as the seven-year fiscal retention obligation for payment data).
