How can I return my items?

  • Let us collect your return

  • You get a shipping receipt with Track & Trace when your package is collected
  • You get an automated message when we receive & process your return

How does it work?

  1. Click on the button ‘create return’.
  2. Register your return request and choose the time and place of the pickup.
  3. Pay via iDEAL for the pickup service.
  4. You get an email confirmation from Returnista with all the details.
  • Send your return via UPS or DHL € .
  • You have to take your package to the UPS/DHL point.
  • The return must be sent in the original packaging
  • You need access to a printer to print your UPS/DHL label.
  • Pay via iDEAL.
  • You have to include the original packing list of your order.
  • You get a shipping receipt with Track & Trace when your package is sent
  • You get an automated message when we receive & process your return

How does it work?

  1. Click on the button ‘REGISTER RETUN’.
  2. You have to pay for your return label.
  3. You get an email from Returnista with your UPS/DHL return label. You have to print the label and attach it to your package
  4. take your package to your nearest UPS of DHL point to send it.
It is, unfortunately, impossible to exchange items at Colourful Rebel. Should you need a different size, colour or item, you can always return the items you purchased. Just return the purchased items and order the right item(s) in our webshop. Orders for in stock items received before 10:00 p.m. on business days will be send out the same day.

Within 10 working days you will receive a refund for the returned items in the account that you used for the original purchase. Always ask for a track & trace code when returning your product. Without this code we cannot do anything for you in case of loss by the shipping company.

We are very sorry to hear that you have a complaint about an item delivered by us. Always send an email with a photo of the complaint to our customer service via webshop@colourfulrebel.com before returning an item. Do not forget to mention the order number. We try to solve your complaint for you as soon as possible!

If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt. Within that term, you can examine the items and try them on as you would in a shop.


The items must be returned in the same condition as sent (meaning undamaged and unworn) with tags still attached. The customer will be held accountable for any decrease in value caused by improper use of the items, meaning different to the use that would be expected in a shop. There may be additional costs.

The costs for returning the items will be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping the items he or she wishes to return. If you are living in the Netherlands: a standard PostNL package costs about €6.95. If you are living abroad: the shipping costs will depend on the weight and size of your package. We advise you to ship the items by registered mail with proof of posting.

Return shipments are at the customer’s risk. This implies that Colourful Rebel cannot be held liable for damaged and/or lost return shipments. That is why you should always ask for a proof of posting receipt at the post office. Please note: keep this proof of posting receipt in a safe place until the refund for your returned items has been processed. It namely proves that you have indeed returned the items.
